Hi Everyone.
Well I represent a company called Merritt Innovative Solutions India from Bangalore. You can visit http://www.merritt.in for more info. Currenltly I am doing a Non linear analsysis. We have completed the FE modeling using HyperMEsh. There are almost 3 materials involved one is Mild Steel, one is polymer another material of different composition. Its being used in a conveyor roller. The central bearing is surrounded by polymer and another material. the same has been used on either side. Well now we are facing a problem solvin it. The FE Model when being transfered from Hypermesh to Abaqus, we are not able to solve it. If you model it in Abaqus and solve, it is working fine. Need some suggestions. Regards |

Hello welcome to the site.
May the importing is causing the errors. What import criterion are you using? IGES? Are you able to keep the meshing consistency? I would try a simple model and check. |

When we go for solving it will run for two iteration and it will stop. Any ways I will try to solve. Regards |
